It encompasses a wide range of practices from body modifications to simple routine adjustments that can significantly impact one's well-being.

Understanding Biohacking

Biohacking is the practice of enhancing or optimising yourself to perform at your peak state consistently. Unlike biohacking, molecular biology and genetic experimentation should be approached with ethical and responsible considerations. My experience conducting genetic alteration projects in my apartment for over a year has shown me the potential and the importance of conducting such experiments ethically and responsibly.

A Clean Surrounding: Another Effective Biohack

A study on the environmental influences on the brain suggests that small changes in your environment can help you fight anxiety and improve your mental state. A clean and healthy environment can also help you save money by reducing the need to repel insects and germs.

Here are some simple steps you can take to create a clean and healthy environment:

Regularly clean your home, preferably every 2 to 3 days. Employ cleaning habits to protect your home from insects and germs.

Work and Focus: The Key to Peak Performance

Being focused is crucial in today's world as it can make or break your success. Work, which forms a major part of our daily lives, requires constant focus. Here is a simple biohack to enhance your focus:

Practice the Pomodoro Technique, which uses a timer to break down work into intervals of 25 minutes, separated by short breaks of 5 to 10 minutes. This technique aims to reduce the impact of internal and external interruptions on focus and productivity.

Consistency is Key

While these biohacks are simple, diligence is key to seeing results. It takes 66 days of consistent practice to start observing marginal changes. However, after this period, the results can be quite exponential.
