It brings your awareness to the state of Pure Consciousness, the True Self, which is inherently blissful and peaceful. Achieving a stabilized state of this consciousness on a 24/7 basis is the key to enlightenment and the ultimate goal of life.

Steps to Begin a Meditation Practice:

r r r Find a quiet space to sit comfortably.r Close your eyes and think the mantra “OM”.r Allow thoughts and feelings to come as they will.r When you realize you are off the mantra, think it again, allowing it to be vague or soft.r Continue this practice for at least 20 minutes, morning and evening.r r r
