Many people believe that meditation is an activity isolated from daily life, reserved for quiet and solitary moments. When you detach from the idea that meditation is a task for personal gain or profit, you open yourself to a profound and transformative state of being that transcends the ego.
Breathing
The simplest and most effective way to begin meditating at work is by breathing. Focus on your breath—the rhythm, the sensation, and the flow. This practice centering your mind can help you transition into a state of awareness that extends beyond the confines of your physical body.
