During mental health court, I insisted that participants in the program would greatly benefit from communicating their concerns and thoughts to one another. Despite initial resistance, sharing worries and fears can be incredibly therapeutic, reducing the burden of stress and promoting emotional well-being.

This is similar to opening a bottle of wine; the pressure inside causes everything to come out at once.
