Your body will not look lean or toned, and you will have no energy, feeling frustrated, and experiencing mood swings. It sounds counter-intuitive, but eating a bit more healthy food, around 1,000 to 1,500 calories per day, can help you achieve a healthier and sustainable weight loss.
