I wish I could go back to being that age again, I miss my early 20s so much, it makes me want to relive it over again. I am turning 30 next month now, and I would say that now I am finally entering my prime years now. That's when your metabolism finally starts to slow down, you can't abuse your body with just eating nothing but fast food like in your teens and 20s. Injuries become common, you have to workout to stay in shape now otherwise the food you eat makes you gain weight if you don't burn it off immediately. In your 20s you can actually get away with this, but when you're 30 or over, this may not work well. 40, it gets worse with arthritis and back pain, which are quite common.

What truly matters is how you approach these changes and turn them into opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
