It may be bad – most lactose-intolerant people can eat crème yogurt and fermented milk products without major consequences. No not at all just kidding: I myself suffer from this and when it comes to pizza, I only eat 2 slices because that's all I can handle until later. Resistance is futile, if that is a way putting it.
