1. Cleaning and Washing Cassava Roots
The first step in the production process is to thoroughly clean the fresh cassava roots in clean water. This step is crucial to remove any surface mud and sand, setting a solid foundation for the quality of the final product.
2. Peeling Cassava Roots
After washing, the next step involves peeling the roots to remove the outer brown skin and inner cream layer. Regularly check the water source to ensure it is clean and not contaminated.
3. Grating Peeled Cassava Roots into Mash
