Nicotine, in particular, can cause long-term damage to your blood vessels and heart, both of which are vital organs.

In the short term, you might experience a pleasant sensation, but in the long run, you may regret ever starting. Vaping can also lead to halitosis, or bad breath, which can negatively impact your social life and overall quality of life.

From personal experience, I have enjoyed vaping for over nine years, and I remain extremely healthy for a 62-year-old woman. In fact, I am probably healthier now than I have been since childhood.
