Water Intake: Smoothies typically contain a significant amount of liquid. However, a mid-sized person should aim for 2.5 liters of water per day. If your smoothies are primarily composed of fruit, the total water intake may not be sufficient to meet these needs.

Energy Intake: Smoothies can provide sufficient energy to prevent starvation, as demonstrated by my experience. However, a smoothie-based diet alone might not provide the necessary energy for those with high metabolic rates or physically demanding lifestyles.
