Furthermore, technology has made travel more convenient and efficient, giving us more time in the day for spiritual activities. Additionally, printed books make spiritual texts more affordable and accessible.

Spirituality and Detachment

Another aspect where spirituality triumphs over technology is in our ability to detach ourselves from material attachments. Technological dependence can certainly lead to disturbance, but spirituality offers us the opportunity to detach from material possessions and find self sufficiency. By embracing this detachment, we can find inner peace and happiness. Spirituality also helps us unwind our karmic bonds and offers a path to a better life. Ultimately, it can help us break free from the cycle of rebirth.
