A month ago, I emphasized the importance of taking action by seeking medical advice. If you followed my advice, you would be starting to feel better by now. Unfortunately, you chose inaction, and as you've witnessed for yourself, doing nothing does not bring about positive changes.

The Role of Personal Reflection and Repentance

Often, individuals assume they are doing all the right things, including replying, "I am feeling so depressed. I’m doing everything right." However, true transformation requires more than just surface-level actions. Consider the biblical verse John 3:3, which advises, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”

This does not mean sitting idly by and hoping for a miracle. It calls for an internal transformation. True healing involves not only external actions but also a change in perspective and mindset. Just as it took me two years of continuous effort and self-care, the same can be applied to your situation. Keep pushing forward, and add more self-care practices as you progress.

Self-Care and the Path to Healing

Self-care, such as getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, maintaining a nutritious diet, engaging in regular physical activity, spending time in nature, and practicing meditation, can all contribute to a more positive outlook on life. Of course, it's unlikely that you will remain perfect all the time and may experience setbacks due to various circumstances. It's crucial, however, to stay committed to the journey and persevere.
