Our diets are often laden with junk and processed foods, which are high in sugar and carbohydrates and low in nutrient-dense elements. Additionally, we consume an excessive amount of carbohydrates without enough protein or healthy fats. The ingestion of harmful chemicals and xenoestrogens further strain our livers and overall health. Our bodies become sluggish, leading to a series of metabolic disorders.

Hypothyroidism and Its Misdiagnosis

Hypothyroidism will likely reach epidemic proportions, but the truth is that many individuals suffering from this condition do not receive adequate treatment. The Traditional Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) test has become the de facto standard, but it often fails to provide accurate results. My husband and I, despite normal TSH levels, experienced severe symptoms that were completely dismissed by our doctors.
